Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By checking the box to sign up for text and/or email messages, you expressly consent to receive nonmarketing and marketing messages from Long Term Care Partners, LLC (or Company), and all products and programs administered by this Company, or messaging on its behalf, including text messages made with an auto dialer, at the mobile number that you provide. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required for enrollment. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
The Company and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (or auto dialer) to deliver Company text messages to you. Company text messages are intended to provide you with information about our Company's products or websites. Below, you will find the offerings available and the necessary short code for each program.

The frequency of the Company text messages you receive will vary depending on the number of Company programs for which you opt into SMS text messaging. Company products or campaigns will generally have separate text messaging programs.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the Company's text messages, as provided in your mobile service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. The Company does not impose a separate fee for sending Company text messages.
Access or delivery to mobile network is not guaranteed
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail, due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including, but not limited to, mobile network services, are outside of the Company's control, and the Company is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.
To receive Company text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 13 years of age or older. The Company reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 13 years of age.
Termination of text messaging
The Company may suspend or terminate your receipt of Company text messages if the Company believes you are in breach of these Mobile/Email Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of Company text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile service terminates or lapses. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Company text messages, with or without notice.
Communications and consent to electronic notices
You may communicate with the Company via postal mail, telephone, and our website. The Company may issue notices via these various channels, such as emailing you at an address you provide. You agree that such notices shall have legal effect.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive certain electronic communications, and, when required by law, the Company will provide you with paper copies on request. You may make such a request via any of the channels listed above.
Changes in terms
Long Term Care Partners reserves the right to change these terms or cancel the text alerts for a specific program at any time. Please check these Mobile/Email Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for changes. Your continued use and acceptance of text alerts after changes are posted will mean that you accept the terms as modified by the posted changes.

BENEFEDS is the government-authorized and OPM-sponsored enrollment portal that eligible participants use to enroll in FEDVIP coverage. BENEFEDS also manages the billing systems and customer service functions necessary for the collection of FEDVIP premiums. BENEFEDS is administered by Long Term Care Partners, LLC®, with oversight by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
